Landscape analysis of Old Natural Forest polygons identified from LiDAR data

Denne rapporten presenterer resultater fra en landskapsanalyse av polygoner av gammel naturskog for Øst-Norge med Agder.

This report presents results from a landscape analysis of Old Natural Forest (ONF) polygons for Eastern Norway. The polygons were aggregated from pixels with assigned probabilities of being ONF, based on airborne LiDAR data and National Forest Inventory (NFI) data. Ten municipalities had <40% LiDAR cover. Polygons consisted of the pixels with highest probability of being ONFs, up to a threshold set by NFI data for each county.
