Produktregisteret: Du må oppdatere din fakturainformasjon

Vi ber dere oppdatere informasjon om virksomheten registrert i produktregisteret innen 15.09.2026. Dette gjelder spesielt for utenlandske virksomheter og virksomheter som ikke bruker elektronisk fakturering på EHF-format. Husk å legge inn korrekt fakturainformasjon ved å logge deg inn i kjemikaliedeklarering til produktregisteret for å:

• Oppdatere kontakt- og fakturainformasjon i din firmaprofil.
• Legge inn PO-nummer (innkjøpsnummer) i feltet andre referanser/Your Reference ved behov.
• Oppgi en annen referanse, for eksempel navn på kontaktperson hvis du ikke bruker PO-nummer.

Ved å gi riktig informasjon før faktureringen unngår vi unødvendig feilretting i etterkant.

Product Register: You must update your billing information

We kindly ask you to update the information about your organization registered in the Product Register by September 15, 2025.

If you do not provide the correct information before invoicing, it will create more work for both your organization and the administration.

This is especially important for foreign companies and companies that do not use electronic invoicing in the EHF format. Please provide us with the information correctly by signing in to Chemical Declaration to the Product Register and:

• Update your reference, contact, and address for invoices in your company profile.
• If needed, enter the PO number in the “Your Reference” field.
• Provide other reference in this field, such as contact person, if you don't use PO number.

There are no fees for product in product or so-called "PIP" declarations. Ony full product declarations of classified chemicals will have a fee when annual amounts are 100 kg or above.

By providing correct information before invoicing, we avoid unnecessary error correction afterwards.
