Summary of proposed action plan for Norwegian emissions of shortlived climate forcers

The Norwegian Environment Agency, on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment, has prepared a proposal for an action plan to reduce short-lived climate forcers by 2030. The objective of the assignment has been to give an integrated assessment of climate, health and environmental effects of Norwegian emissions of short-lived climate forcers, propose measures and instruments for reducing such effects by 2030 and evaluate the need for additional monitoring of these components.
