Greenhouse Gas Emissions 1990-2017, National Inventory Report

To comply with the above requirement, Norway has prepared the present 2019 National Inventory Report (NIR). The NIR and the associated Common Reporting Format (CRF) tables have been prepared in accordance with the revised UNFCCC Reporting Guidelines on Annual Inventories as adopted by the COP by its Decision 24/CP.19. The methodologies used in the calculation of emissions are consistent with the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories. The structure of this report is consistent with the UNFCCC guidelines for inventory reporting.
