Summary of the scientific basis for Norway’s integrated ocean management plans 2019-2023

The Norwegian Government presents a white paper on integrated management plans for Norwegian ocean areas for the parliament (Stortinget) every 4th year. The next is planned for 2024.

The year before, the Forum for Integrated Ocean Management present the scientific basis for the management plans. The main scientific basis is presented in the report "Faggrunnlag for helhetlige forvaltningsplaner for norske havområder – Hovedrapport 2019-2023", which is published with a summary in English.
