Greenhouse Gas Emissions 1990-2023: National Inventory Document

This report is Norway's National Inventory Document (NID) for the year 2025 and covers the inventory for the years 1990-2023. 

It has been prepared in accordance with the modalities, procedures and guidelines in the annex to decision 18/CMA.1 and is structured in line with the annex to decision 5/CMA.3.

The reporting of Norway's greenhouse gas inventory also includes the associated Common Reporting Tables (CRT). 

The reporting of this NID and the CRT tables serves as Norway's reporting under both the Paris Agreement and the Convention.
